At Izel Fabrics, we strive to provide high-quality products and excellent service. Please note the following:

•All sales are final. We do not offer monetary refunds.

•Exchanges are allowed only in cases of wrong or defective products received. In such cases:

•The exchange request must be initiated within 24 hours of receiving the product.

•Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.

• A 360° Parcel opening video is compulsory for exchanges and returns.

If eligible, you may exchange the product for an item of equal or higher value. If the replacement item is of higher value, the price difference must be paid at the time of exchange.
