RETURNS POLICY

EXCHANGE:
Any product bought from Izél Fabrics online store can be exchanged from the Online Store ONLY, provided it is unused and still has the label and tag in their original state (We do not offer exchanges unless we deliver an incorrect order or the product is faulty).

(Note: ORIGINAL PAKISTANI SUITS WILL NOT BE RETURNED OR EXCHANGED AS THEY ARE PROCURED ON ORDER BASIS FROM THE MANUFACTURERS/ BRANDS.)

The Exchange Policy is only applicable within 24 hours after the goods are delivered.

*A 360° parcel opening video is compulsory for returns or exchanges.

REFUND:
Izél Fabrics does not offer an exchange/refund policy once the order is processed. However, you are eligible for an exchange if we have delivered a wrong item to you or the one you received is faulty or damaged. In such cases, you can contact us by emailing support@izelfabrics.in or calling +918840581960 along with your order number within 24 hours of delivery for us to arrange the correct item for you.

ORDERS CANCELLATION:
Orders once placed cannot be canceled by the buyers. However, Izél Fabrics has the authority to cancel orders for reasons such as the item being out of stock, pricing errors, or the credit card payment being declined by the issuing financial institution.
